The Bounce Back Scheduler/Administrative Support person will primarily provide assistance to the Bounce Back Coaches as well as management and other staff. Duties including scheduling participants for coaching sessions, ordering materials, entering program data, organizing, managing and maintaining files and filing system. Communicating with individuals related to the Bounce Back program using e-mail, telephone and face-to-face. Other related clerical tasks using Microsoft Office and Health software such as handling correspondence, booking meeting rooms.
The Activity Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and supporting the recovery of adults living with mental illness through services that promote healthy eating, communal meals, and food and nutrition knowledge. The kitchen program runs throughout the year, 6 days a week, and offers training and learning opportunities related to basic cooking skills, health and nutrition, food safety, food budgeting, meal planning as well as basic employment skills such as hospitality ,teamwork, retail food preparation, food services and catering. We believe that good quality meals are integral to the life and mental health of our community. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with participants, service care providers and the CMHA team to plan, implement, facilitate and coordinate programs and provide rehabilitation and support.
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Program Assistant provides operational and administrative assistance to the Program Manager and program staff. They also perform a variety of administrative, coordination and logistical services in support of the operations of the Rehab Programs.
