The Bounce Back Scheduler/Administrative Support person will primarily provide assistance to the Bounce Back Coaches as well as management and other staff. Duties including scheduling participants for coaching sessions, ordering materials, entering program data, organizing, managing and maintaining files and filing system. Communicating with individuals related to the Bounce Back program using e-mail, telephone and face-to-face. Other related clerical tasks using Microsoft Office and Health software such as handling correspondence, booking meeting rooms.
